Duration: Full day Blended courses; 6 hours online (Part 1) and 6 hours taught face-to-face (Part 2).

Assessment tests are all face-to-face and provide the learner with instant feedback on areas of improvement. Tests are taken at the end of the Part 1 online element and the Part 2 face-to-face element to ensure learner knowledge and understanding.

For on-site training, Part 2 face-to-face element can be delivered over one session or split over multiple nights as per the needs of the setting.

Online element taught through video teaching sessions, not PowerPoint heavy. Part 1 online element can be accessed whenever and wherever the learner would like. Progress is saved in their online dashboard, and they can dip in and out of it at a pace which suits them.
